Due to ongoing success and retained, repeat business, my client, a well established main contractor based in Teesideare looking for a quantity surveyor capable of running their own jobs & an assistant quantity surveyor to join the stablished team.

The initial projectwill be a commercial refurbishment of 2 live blocks which will be stripped back in their entirety down to the shell and fit out again. These will berunning simultaneously for 18 months based in Middlesbrough

As quantity surveyor, it is required that you;

Have experience working a variety of construction projects from low to high value
Able to run your own contracts
Are an excellent communicator when it comes to updating clients
Are commercially minded when it comes to both new and repeat business
Have knowledge of MEP where possible
